How crash aid works

Understand how Crash Aid automatically detects accidents and alerts emergency services, ensuring you're never alone on the road. Learn about our seamless process designed for your safety and peace of mind.

Crash detection

Crash Aid instantly detects a collision or severe deceleration using its onboard sensors. The system recognizes patterns consistent with a crash, whether it’s a high-speed impact or a sudden stop caused by an accident. The system continuously monitors motion, impact, and vehicle activity using built-in G-force and deceleration sensors. The process is fully automatic — no manual input is needed.

Data verification

Once a potential crash is detected, Crash Aid’s internal logic quickly verifies the event to reduce false alerts. It measures G-force intensity and duration to confirm that a real accident has occurred.

Location sent

Within seconds, the device connects to the Crash Aid mobile app via Bluetooth. The app automatically sends an alert containing the driver’s GPS coordinates, time of crash, and impact data to Crash Aid’s emergency network.

"Crash aid automatically detects a car crash and sends your exact location to emergency services — even if you can’t."
